1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs.But we accept lower quantity for you trial order.
Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need,we will calculated the cost correspondingly,hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can i get samples?
We usually provide existing sample for free.but a little sample charge for custom designs.Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by Fedex,UPS,TNT or DHL.if you have carrier account,it will be fine to ship with your account,if not,you can pay the freight charge to us,we will ship with our account.it takes about 2-4days to reach.
3.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 25-35 days for MOQ.we have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
4.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
FDA,LFGB,SGS.BSCI.REACH....
5.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% againstcopy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
6.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples,it takes 2-3 days.they are free.if you want your own designs,it takes 5-7 days,subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen,etc.Anyway,we will response fast to your request.
